At Katana, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if your garment doesn't fit your lifestyle perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Ship Your Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
